Minor cosmetic marks or signs of previous use on pre-owned devices do not automatically constitute a defect.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, specifications, availability, and pricing at any time without prior notice.

  • Cosmetic damage;

  • Other damage specifically excluded by the applicable warranty terms.

For pre-owned products, customers acknowledge that the device may have had previous use and may display normal signs of wear where these have been disclosed or are reasonably apparent from the product description.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SGODO THE PLUG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our Services or products, including losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
