  • PUDO Locker-to-Locker – A convenient and affordable option for collecting your parcel at your nearest PUDO locker.
  • PAXI – Reliable store-to-store delivery through Pep stores nationwide.
  • Courier Guy (Door-to-Door) – For customers who prefer direct delivery to their home or business address.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your chosen shipping method:


  • PUDO: 2–5 business days
  • PAXI: 3–7 business days
  • Courier Guy: 1–4 business days


Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.


Shipping Costs


Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method and location.


Order Tracking


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number or collection details via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor your parcel.

  • For PUDO and PAXI orders, customers are responsible for collecting their parcels within the allowed collection period.
